Our story
Land that has always known love
Helen and Mike purchased Red Hill Ranch in June 2022, bringing their family to the rolling meadows and open skies of Rice, Virginia. Patrick, Codi, and Tyler — their three sons — grew up on this land, and it became a part of who they are.
It was Codi's passion to share his love for the farm with the world. Together with his brother Tyler, he set out to build something lasting: a venue where others could celebrate the moments that matter most.
In June 2024, Codi and his now-wife said their own vows right here on the farm — surrounded by the meadows, the barn, and the people they love. Now they're opening the gates and inviting you in. They hope you create your own special memories here.

The Heritage Barn
Our 1890s timber-frame barn seats up to 200 guests. Original hand-hewn beams, warm string lights, and wide plank floors create an atmosphere that no ballroom can replicate.
